Advisory sessions are conducted by phone or video call. Session time may be used in a single block or divided across the month, according to the client's preference.
Standing Counsel is an individual executive advisory relationship and may be engaged directly by the leader or through the organization as an executive advisory expense. Organizational or institutional work involving the broader team, board, strategy, systems, or implementation is scoped separately.
Email Ping Pongs are for focused strategic questions, decision points, emerging situations, perspective checks, and fast exchanges. Extended conversations happen in a live session. Deliverables including project work, research and data, and document or presentation drafting are scoped separately.
Essential includes five email pings per month; Core is unlimited, under the same scope.
